Print Schedule

Ultra X-Press Printing is the only Vancouver based offset print company to run (4/4) full-colour cards twice a week. We are also the only company to offer guaranteed "X-Press" three day turnaround. Just two more reasons to choose Ultra X-Press Printing for all your printing needs.

Orders placed after the 5:00pm deadline are not guaranteed to be on the next day print run. To guarantee a spot on your desired run, be sure to get your artwork files to us before the deadline. Same day delivery orders will be dropped off anytime after 3:00pm on the appropriate order ready day. Pick-up customers jobs will be ready after 4:00pm on the appropriate order ready day.

Delivery/Shipping

Free same day delivery is only in the Vancouver downtown core and is limited to gang run orders of $175 or more. Shipping is also available free of charge in Western Canada on gang run orders of $175 or more via FedEx Ground or Greyhound.

• All of our full colour offset jobs are printed at 200 line screen (400 ppi)
• Our printing process uses direct to plate technology
• All jobs are printed on 6 colour Heidelberg Speedmaster presses
• Our print size ranges from 1.75” x 1.75” to 28” x 40”

Pre-Press Services:

• Typesetting
  General typesetting is available at an hourly rate of $75.00. If you are in need of a designer please refer to our design directory or call us.
• Proofs
  The following proofing options are available. Soft proofs: are emailed to you via PDF and are free of charge. Hard proofs: physical digital colour proofs are free of charge on placed orders

Press Services:

• Full colour offset printing
  For high quality and/or large quantity full colour runs of post cards, business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, catalogues, and specialty/custom printing.
• 1 and 2 colour offset printing
  For high quality and/or large and small quantity runs using Pantone colours. Of business cards, letterhead, envelopes, brochures, posters, catalogues, and specialty/custom printing. Not available for digital printing.
• Pantone spot colours
  Pantone spot colours are available on our full colour offset printing for $100 per colour. Not available for digital printing.
• Spot varnish
  Spot gloss varnish is available on our full colour offset printing for $40 per side. Not available for digital printing.
• Large format
  For high quality small runs of point of purchase posters, oversized posters, vehicle wrap graphics or other oversized printed materials. Available for both indoor and outdoor applications.
• Plastic cards
  Similar to a credit card these hard plastic cards can be used for gift certificates, employee/member ID cards, and VIP passes. They are available in the standard business card size or as key tags.
• Digital printing

Post Press Services:

• Die cutting
  Prices are based on size of area to be cut and quantity. Please contact us for a quote. Not available for digital printing.
• Drilling
  Drilling is available in different size diameters for $100 for the first 2500 and $50 for each additional 2500 thereafter.
• Embossing
  Prices are based on size of area to be embossed and quantity. Please contact us for a quote. Not available for digital printing.
• Folding
  Prices are based on the number of folds, type of fold, and quantity. Please contact us for a quote.
• Foil stamping
  Prices are based on size of area to be foil stamped and quantity. Please contact us for a quote. Not available for digital printing.
• Lamination
  Scoring is available for $100 for the first 2500 and $50 for each additional 2500 thereafter.
• Numbering
  Numbering is available for $100 for the first 2500 and $50 for each additional 2500 thereafter.
• Perforating
  Perforating is available for $100 for the first 2500 and $50 for each additional 2500 thereafter.
• Round cornering
  Round cornering is available for $25 per 1000.
