We need a service rep to be the face of the company and to handle general sales, orders, quotes, as well as liaise with our signage team, the production staff, vendors and suppliers.

Your role would be "Services Coordinator."
Everyday clients either email, phone-in, or walk in with print requests. It is your job to fulfill these requests including the related logistics, accounting, and account management that ties in with each client. It is your task to qualify a client's request to successfully fulfill their print order. It may be a business card, it may be a banner, brochure, or flier; the customer may be a designer, a business owner, or a student -- in each scenario, you are responsible for making the process accessible, easy, and enjoyable.
At times you will be responsible for as much as 40 orders at once; with each order, you will be expected to successfully oversee timeline, communications, and logistics -- all while providing a great experience for the customer to help build customer loyalty.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

You have a background in customer service and graphic design/print. You eat stressful situations for breakfast. You have a proven ability at providing above-and-beyond customer service and attention-to-detail. You can stay calm when bombarded by demands and deadlines. Despite what may be thrown at you, you take pride in a good day's work. You are someone that can thrive both within a group and independently. Customers feel confident trusting you. You love understanding a client's vision. You enjoy presenting abstract or complicated concepts and processes in a way that anyone can understand -- from preparing print ready art with adequate resolution, full bleeds, safe-margins, to providing templates, and information about types of paper.
